Webinar: 2025 Corporate Alumni Benchmarking Report Insights for Law Firms

The 11th annual study of corporate alumni programs conducted by PeoplePath in partnership with researchers from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business takes an in-depth look at the state of the corporate alumni industry in 2025.   

This year, with a record number of responses, the report covers general program characteristics (resources, budget, team size, platforms, benefits, etc.) and takes a deep dive into talent offboarding, career transition support, and conversion rates, then ending with overall return on investment and a look ahead.   

We hosted a general webinar on the report’s findings (the recording can be found here) and are now excited to host a session for the NALP Alumni Section that provides a deep dive on a cut of the data specifically for the legal industry.
