The annual study of corporate alumni programs conducted by PeoplePath in partnership with researchers from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business focuses on the yearly operations, impact, and size of these programs over time.  

This report is the most thorough and academic overview of the status of corporate alumni programs in 2023. The data shows an increased sophistication in program structure and indicates that bringing the corporate alumni program deeper into the business strategy will produce even greater results.
