The annual study of corporate alumni programs conducted by PeoplePath in partnership with researchers from the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business focuses on 10 years of corporate alumni benchmarking.

This year, with a record-breaking number of responses, we look back on how far we’ve come in 10 years and what has changed (or stayed the same) for 2024. Most notably, companies are continuing to strategically integrate their former employees into their talent management and employee lifecycle planning, as well as in organizational goals such as talent acquisition and business development.
