How Top Consulting Firms Engage High Performing Alumni

Man listening to a meeting online

Consulting firms have long recognized the value of maintaining strong relationships with former employees, particularly to encourage boomerang hires and support business development.

A recent Altrata study examines the boards and leadership teams of the Fortune 1000, FTSE 350, and Global 500 companies. Consulting firms were then ranked based on the number of alumni they have that currently have a board seat or are members of a leadership teamGiven the valuable skills one can acquire, the alumni of consultancies account for a significant proportion of senior corporate positions around the world, and their some of the most connected individuals.

How are the top consulting firms building and nurturing alumni in these important positions?

Join BoardEx, an Altrata company, and PeoplePath for a live webinar on Thursday May 16th to discuss the ways leading consultancies manage their alumni programs to fuel new business development.

This webinar will feature a panel moderated by Jenn Pedde, Vice President of Customer Advocacy and PeoplePath and the panelists will include the author of the report, Maya Imberg, as well as Erin Wickens Sussman from Bain & Company, and Angie Sfeir from Accenture.
