Corporate alumni programs came to the forefront during a year that caused corporations to restructure and downsize, hoping to rehire in the future as businesses bounce back.

In our most comprehensive report yet, it is clear that the interest and value of building community focused on maintaining lifelong relationships with former employees continue to grow. Companies are also currently experiencing the “Great Resignation” where employees are anticipated to leave at a rapid rate throughout the rest of this year.

In this webinar we explored the results of this report covering how these programs integrate with human resources and employee engagement programs, the exit process, return on investment, and program management. Attendees learned from Dr. Rebecca Paluch, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources at UBC Sauder School of Business about the findings of this report as well as additional insights not included.
