History

The Story Behind PeoplePath

Conenza and IntraWorlds started out as two companies on two continents with two cultures. When we merged in 2020, we became one composite whole that celebrates our unique talents and traits.

1995

Tony Audino founded one of the first formal corporate alumni programs, the Microsoft Alumni Network (MS Alumni Network)

2002

Benjamin Elixmann, Stephan Herrlich, Jens Bender, and Martin Heibel founded IntraWorlds, a platform for students and alumni of Germany’s leading business school WHU

2006

Based on the learnings from the MS Alumni Network a small team around Tony Audino founded Conenza

2007

First clients signed include the MS Alumni Network, Accenture and Goldman Sachs

2008

With a growing list of clients and funding from European business angels, IntraWorlds opened a Dev subsidiary in Pilsen, Czech Republic

2009

IntraWorlds continued growing the company amid the financial crisis, expanding German speaking countries to a European presence

2014

Conenza launched the first Corporate Alumni Benchmarking survey; basis for today’s partnership with University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business

2015

IntraWorlds built a North American presence with offices in New York, NY and Tampa, FL

2020

Conenza and IntraWorlds combine to form PeoplePath, the leading global provider of corporate alumni management solutions

2023

PeoplePath acquires Insala’s alumni clients, strengthening its position as global market leader

2025

PeoplePath reinvents itself and extends the value it provides to clients starting its AI beta program
